OMG I have found THE BEST cocina criolla in the Lehigh Valley! When I go out to eat, I don’t usually eat this food because I can easily make it at home. For the first time, as a Nuyorican I can say that I don’t need to cook this food myself. Sarandonga has it covered, from mofongo to tacos de churrasco and as simple as a little olla of rice. ¡Que sabroso!
