Staff is kind, but not always the most knowledgeable and they occasionally fail to follow through on things discussed during appointments.
I have to say that I found the providers unpleasant, and the nurses seem to have no respect for patients. Why the attitudes? I may just give up on health care entirely and take my chances. Those in healthcare seem to think we should put them on pedestals.
I don't care for the attitudes the nurses have, and the providers are kind of arrogant.
Never had an issue here, the care is always good. Have 2 great doctors that are helping me get healthy again and actually listen to my concerns about wanting certain screenings.
