Sarama purchased the home next door to me. They are renting it back to the previous owner until their permits clear to subdivide the property. In the meantime, they have refused to clean or maintain the abandoned pool, which breeds mosquitoes. I contacted the health department, who has visited the home, but nothing has been done. All to eventually transform into 2 hideous houses. This builder is a plague on Ocean County.

You would be correct in your 1 star review. We also experienced and still are, many issues and cut corners with our home we purchased back in late 2014. We have experienced From day 1; GFI going out, water leak in kitchen, no heat, incorrect installation of air ducts, AC not working, Shower tile falling off, missing support columns not supported even had to get State NJ to step in to help fix some, but, not all issues within the first two years. Let me tell you about sarama homes.. they look nice on the outside but when you start to improve your home over time you will realize just how many corners they cut!!! It’s disgusting they way they built my house and I’m just now finding all the problems. The floors in my bathroom are extremely unleveled and it caused my vanity to fall apart over time from the pressure of us leaning on it when it wasn’t actually hitting the floor.
