I'M WAITING TO GET AN APPT. FOR HOME HEALTH CARE FOR A WOUND ON MY LEG, KEEP GETTING THE RUN A ROUND. HOW ABOUT YOU GET PEOPLE THAT KNOW WHATS UP & STOP BEING RUDE & CUT THEM SHORT TRYING TO GET SCHEDULLING ACCOMPLISHED. OR IS THIS TO HARD TO COMPREHEND ???

My daughter was triaged by a tele nurse before we arrived. The purpose of her visit was because she’d  been experiencing shortness of breath, chest pain, and pain on one side of her body. She’d explained that the nurse over the phone mentioned she should get to a hospital immediately. Not a good place to be sick!  Unprofessional and not friendly.  We will not be back. This is the 2nd experience with this ER. Thought the 1st bad experience was a fluke. Turns out it’s just bad. Sub standard care. I will travel further in the future to avoid this place

my biPAP machine is failing and I need a new one, called today for a new prescription and they said I would need to make an appointment to speak with a pulmonologist. I have been using the machine faithfully for 6 years and just want a new machine why should I have to make an appointment to see a specialist Just write the prescription for Christ sake. Always about upselling with this place.

I have a good guy name ronald masta he work very hard at the hospital but he got a phone call he got fire from his job because he was wite that woman was black because Race he done very good job and was on time alway it call hate criame now he can not get unempolyment woman told lie she never fire ronald now he can get no money that is wrong and i hope owner see this he want to come back he is very hard worker thank

Office visit for an EAR Ache, doctor looked in ear and prescribed ear drops for swimmers ear. This was by appointment not urgent care was there about 15 min at most and costed $515.00!! For an office visit!! Ridiculous. Looked up services for this type of issue at all different Aurora's and no where near that amount. The most was $363.00 for Urgent Care in Marinette.

Since this doctor only seems concerned with vaccines and colonoscpys maybe he would be a good doctor for the elderly in a nursing home. But for those of us that work in manual labor jobs and our quality of life is not very good, this doctor just does not seem to get it. And I actually had to find specialist on my own.

When I saw Dr. King, she was very skeptical of my symptoms over the last week and a half. You could see it on her face. It was upsetting. At one point she loudly exclaimed I should go to the ER (I'm sorry, why?) and when I said I felt very dehydrated she shouted again saying that there was a nationwide IV shortage. (I'm sorry, I didn't know?) For the next hour and a half, I just kept apologizing for it being so busy and that I was creating more work for them.
