Their not professional.The buildings are not up to par. There's mold,mice,roaches, and drugs. The landlord makes empty promises. The maintenance doesn't want to fix anything. Somebody should send the health department to talk to the tenants. Last but not least the landlord harasses certain tenants they don't like just to have a reason to band or evict them.
