I absolutely love Sarah and all of her staff I have been going to them for over 10 years to have my taxes done and never once have had an issue. They are very knowledgeable as well as very helpful and I would never go anywhere else to have my taxes done at this point

I made a 2pm appointment over the phone. Got my documents all ready. When i arrived i was told Sarah was running 20 min behind. I understand that but i waited 40 minutes while hearing her and her client having a jolly time. Again glad some clients are able to get excellent customer service. I’m just bummed i wasn’t apart of that. I’ll be finding someone else to tackle my taxes.

Very good customer service very fast and efficient. They make life so much easier when you do business with them they are always finding new ways to make doing your taxes easier for you especially if you are busy or have a lot of kids it’s a great help.

I walked in and was greeted and asked if I wanted water or a 7up. My preparer, I can't remember her name, assisted me with my taxes and I had a problem with the insurance part she called the state to get what was needed. My total price was cheaper than HR BLOCK which was a blessing.
