I made a 2pm appointment over the phone. Got my documents all ready. When i arrived i was told Sarah was running 20 min behind. I understand that but i waited 40 minutes while hearing her and her client having a jolly time. Again glad some clients are able to get excellent customer service. I’m just bummed i wasn’t apart of that. I’ll be finding someone else to tackle my taxes.
The best of the best for the past 8 years! Sarah and and Natalie will get you the most back and they offer advances!! 💸
