The best cleaners I have been a customer there for many years (6) and have never been more satisfied with the care they provide for your clothes, as well as the friendly and professional manner in which they conduct their businees. Sarah (the owner) pays attention to detail and does whatever she can to insure costumer satisfaction. She is also kind and friendly. During the six years of using their cleaners, I have seen many return customers. If you have not tried Sarah's, I highly recommend it.
FALSE REPRESENTATION & LACK DIGNITY AND RESPECT FOR CUSTOMER CONCERNS!!! BE CAREFUL!!!! STAY AWAY!!!! One of my work jackets(navy color) was damaged. In the front the chemicals used bled the dark color. I went to address my concern and a man came out. He was very rude, defensive and tried to belittle me in front of a walk in customer. He thought I was trying to ruin his business...NOT! Been a customer their for 1 yr and kept returning due to the awesome service Mrs. Sarah Ely has provided. Quality Dry Cleaning, Great customer service, I love the Drive-Thru makes things so much easier espically when I am in a rush. They have same day service and I have NEVER been dissapointed with their services.
