The service here is incredible. I usually go to the Boise location but was out in Nampa for work. I ordered online and forgot to switch locations. Being that it was 8:30 I couldn't get through to the Boise location on the phone. In the midst of their own rush, they were able to get online, cancel my order, and call the other store to let them know. Then they immediately made what I ordered. The food was mid, they're so busy it was impressive to watch. It's kind of chaotic in there. And I felt awkward because I didn't know where to stand to wait for my food. The bagels id give them a 7 out of 10. I've had better. But maybe it was just one of those days. If you're in a hurry maybe call your order in, if they do that. The entire town was there. So apparently they must be good. I'm a foodie. So I can't give them 5 stars. But it will do.
