I am genuinely satisfied with Sarah’s customer service. She was warm, pleasant, efficient and considerate of time. She maintains a clean environment and paid attention to every detail of her work. My braids were light weight, and not the usual feeling of heaviness or extreme tension on my scalp as I have experienced in the past with previous hair braiders. Sarah’s hair braiding is a 10 out of 10. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
I have been years ago when I first moved to North Carolina and I was truly pleased but I have tried twice to return to get my hair done and wasn’t able. I was lied to by the owner and her husband the second time I tried to return. All I have to say is get your story straight if you are going to cancel a appointment with a client
