Took over 5 hrs for delivery, received 11 not 12 roses and they’re all dead 4 days later
The owner was so sweet. There was a mix up in delivery (mistakes happen). He was extremely apologetic and asked me how he could make this mistake up to me. As someone who works for a small business, I was really appreciative of that. Not a lot of business owners will do that now adays. Customer is always right. This is an owner has humility and knows how to run a business. The flowers were beautiful too! I would high recommend ordering flowers from here.
Had a wonderful experience here! I needed a last-minute arrangement for my daughter, and Sarah had it ready in no time. She was so friendly and helpful. Couldn’t be happier with the service! Highly recommend!
Even though they were super busy today and messed up getting my arrangement delivered to my wife at work near by, they made it right, they delivered to my home in McKinney to deliver a pleasant surprise to my wife on Valentine’s Day. They even threw in some special add ons to make up for the inconvenience which my wife was super stoked about, definitely made the mess up seem well worth the anticipated wait. Sarahphims goes above and beyond to provide both great service and a phenomenal product. Worked with them for my wife's Birthday and Valentine's Day - she was blown away both times! 10/10 recommend!
