I recently started in home care with my father. I was very nervous as past agencies have been a mess. The aide we have now, Mimi, is so wonderful with my father. I wrote out some basic goals I’d like to have him achieve each day and they really stay on top of it. It’s a relief to know I can go to work and not have to worry because I know he’s in good care. Thank you Sarahcare for being so accommodating to my father. Very thankful to have found this agency!
The shift manager was training an employee and he was very nasty to the customer and the employees he was rushing them through everything, he had zero patience or tolerance for any questions from us the customer, he was very degrading to the employees. He just really need our experience an unpleasant one.
