**UPDATE: I received a text yesterday from Lauren asking me to remove my review because I was told it could negatively affect others and they’re sorry I had a “bad experience.” A bad experience is getting a bad meal at a restaurant. Not knowing if my father was alive was traumatic. They tried to tell me that because it’s “Independence care at home” that this isn’t the right website to leave it on. Yes it is.
