Dr. Vlach was thorough, presented all the possibilities, ordered tests and then gave me treatment options to consider that I could choose based on my desire to take a stepwise approach.
I highly recommend Dr. Vlach. She has helped me with my medical issues and I could not be more appreciative for her services.
Was rushed by her. I loved her pa and she did all the caring
Never saw the Doctor, only the PA. Was not told where the problem was in my lower back was located only that a spinal injection was suggested. I was not satisfied with the treatment suggested, therefore did not get the injection. Another Doctor in Las Vegas,NV showed me the problem on xray-lumbar stenoisis. September, 2018
I was diagnosed with a severe disc herniation. Dr Vlach she said I wouldn’t need surgery because it would heal up on its own with her services she offered. Ultimately, I ended up waiting so long to get surgery, due to Dr Vlach’s reccomendation, that I couldn’t even work full time because of severe pain. When I finally got surgery the doctor said it was impossible for my injury to ever heal on it’s own because the injury was too severe and that I waited 8 months too long for surgery.
I am a physician and I chose Dr. Vlach to be my doctor. I had problem with both shoulders. She used different approaches, as the issues were different. I couldn't be happier with the results. Highly recommend her!
I was hospitalized after Dr. Sarah Vlach punctured my spinal cord during a lower lumbar cortisone injection. Though I called and texted her with concerns about headaches and migraines I was experiencing after the injection, she maintained that they were unlikely caused by the injection procedure. A doctor at Eastern Idaho Medical Center diagnosed me with a spinal fluid leak. I was later given a blood patch. I experiened headaches and migraines for the following six months. No apology was given.
Didn't meet Dr. Vlach until surgery. PA does all pre- and post appts. Staff repeatedly referred to aspiration procedure as "injection". Nurse attempted to take blood pressure on arm that had a neon pink med alert bracelet "Alert - Lymphoma No Blood Tests, Blood Pressures,..." until stopped her. She "assumed it was a pool pass bracelet." Dr. Vlach did not provide proper pain medication, had to stop after unsuccessful attempts to aspirate. My new surgeon said Vlach didn't do procedure correctly.
