Reflexology with Sarah is amazing! It has helped to relieve my foot joint pain and is overall a relaxing experience. I recently tried something new Sarah is offering, face reflexology. What a lovely complement to a regular reflexology appointment. Bliss!

Every treatment I've had with Sarah has been amazing. I've walked out of the room so relaxed and rejuvenated . I cant wait for my next appointment. I've had reflexology, Reiki, head massage , tuning forks. She is very professional and a Lovely therapist.
Wow! Did you know face reflexology is a thing?! This treatment started with frequency toning, then light oil was applied to my face, Sarah gently and thoroughly massaged and pressed a variety of points on my face... the rhythm of it was so relaxing I almost fell asleep! After that warm towels were applied to my face, and a bit of refreshing rose water was sprayed, leaving me feeling deeply relaxed. It was like spa experience close to home. 5-stars, highly recommend!
An unexpected treat tucked away off Ontario Street. Open space with room for many activities. Went for an Indian Head massage and found it very relaxing and the scents were delicious! Only suggestion is to take something to cover your head afterwards.
