Very knowledgeable, great bedside manner.
Where to start. She has terrible bedside manners. Acted at first appointment as if my bf should know what hes doing w out any directions. Rude. Talks over you. Disrespectful. Disregarded his present medical history and only focused on his past. I dont understand how she still has any patients. First impressions are everything. She may as well retire if this is how she acts towards people. Seemed uncaring. Uninterested. Was truthfully disgusting.
Wish I would have read the reviews before seeing her! All she did was run a bunch of tests to exclude things and her answer was "lose weight". MA'AM, I lost a bunch of weight and was down to 120 lbs and STILL HAD THE SYMPTOMS!!!!! Worse doctor I have ever been to!
Condescending, horrible bed side manner. Going to finish up current appointments and move care and providers.
I have never met a doctor who cares less for her patients than Dr Swarts. She presents herself as disinterested, aloof, non-caring, and she appears to lack self-awareness and empathy. If you want to get her frustrated and mad, ask her a few questions about your condition. Maybe she's just flat-out arrogant. I am giving her a rating of a 1 because they will not allow a zero rating.
