I have been seeing Dr Snell for many years. During the covid lockdown in 2020 I called and cancelled 2 previouly scheduled appointments for that year. In 2021 I cancelled a appointment in August, when I called back to reschedule I was instructed that Dr. Snell would no longer see me because I cancelled 3 appointments. Wow is that Mercys policy on how to treat patients? I'm very very disappointed in the treatment given my Dr. Snell. I plan to reach out to the Mercy President to see if this guidelines are standard.
Dr. Snell is been my mastectomy . She is professional and compassionate. She is straightforward and I appreciate that.
Dr. Snell saved my soul as well as my life. Dr. Snell is a straight shooter and this is what healthcare needs. Patients and families need facts and options in order to be in charge of their own health. Keep doing what you do Dr Snell! Please don’t ever stop. p.s. Lisa is fabulous too!
