I hav been going to Sarah for a variety of issues over time, including recurring MCL and meniscus tears as well as back injuries. She is hands down one of the best physios I have ever worked with. Sarah is very hands-on, attentive, and truly focused on addressing the root cause rather than just the symptoms. Every session feels personalized and effective, and I always leave with noticeable improvement. I cant recommend her enough

Sarah saw my son for the first time last week after a soccer injury, she got him in the day after with very short notice. He had a great session with her and followed her instructions carefully and will be back to playing in no time.
