Sarah joined us for our book club and was such an inspiration: kind, funny, insightful, intelligent and wondrous!!! Can’t wait for her to lead us on a journey! ���
I've had the delight to work with Sarah on two occasions. Last fall, Sarah led a journaling/creative writing group on a journey to find our spirit animals. The group was very moved by the experience. Again this fall, Sarah came top of mind when planning a yoga/wellness retreat. Sarah guided 50+ women through a shamanic journey. Her spirit and energy energized the group. Highly recommend her, as well as her funny and insightful books, to anyone interested in shamanic healing and the mind-body connection.
Sarah is simply amazing! A charismatic, gentle, and kind soul that is very open, honest, and inspiring!!
