Really wonderful doctor and staff!
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Schwertner for a few years now. And each visit I have felt seen and heard. Not once has my appointment ever felt rushed; she thoroughly answers all of my questions, and addresses any concerns I might have. She remembers things from past visits and you get a sense that she cares. I just love her. Her beside manner is top tier. The office staff is equally great. I would recommend Dr. Schwertner to anyone looking for a doctor who treats her patients like family, not a dollar sign.
I started seeing Dr. Schwertner as a new patient recently. She is very friendly, thorough and professional. The clinic setting is convenient. All of the staff members are great. Love the in-house lab. So far, both of my appointments have been on time and I felt well cared for. I highly recommend Dr. Schwertner and this Primary Care Plus location. They are a million percent better than other practices in that area.
