My grandson and great-niece attended Sarah's Science Camp this summer for the Magic Week. They came home so excited about the "magic tricks" they learned and couldn't wait to prove their magic skills to us all while explaining the "science" behind the tricks. I am blown away by the way they can translate fun toy projects into science concepts! I enjoyed the projects and the exposure to natural environment, however I was concerned about some safety and supervision. It was also really disconcerting to hear my 5 year old tell me she knows what “f—k” and “flip the bird” means. (Oddly enough, I was told by an ACQUAINTANCE that he observed another child yelling profanities at her as well.) The goal of this review is to share with other parents of extremely young children.
We LOVE Sarah's science! My kids have taken multiple after school classes as well as Saturday Science. They enjoyed Mantis Mania! Please bring back mother-daughter Saturday science and family science nights!
