I have been seeing Dr Chen for years and she has been amazing. I have felt like I have had a partner in dealing with issues with fibroids.
Dr Chen is a kind and competent doctor. But it's not worth navigating the horrendous service of the front desk staff to get to her. I was waiting for 45 minutes for my appointment, with no information on why the wait was so long, or what the end game might be. I left after 45 minutes because my time is also worth something. No one has contacted me to apologize or explain anything. There is just a message on my chart saying "patient left before being seen." I wouldn't be surprised if my insurance is billed for the non-visit. ... read more

Such an amazing doctor! I never feel rushed during any appts. Dr. Chen listens and truly takes the time to explain everything so you leave feeling very informed. :-)
