Superlative service! I called when my dryer started squealing. They responded quickly, scheduled an appointment that worked for my schedule. Matt was on time, clean and polite. He diagnosed the problem, explained the issue and gave me options. The cost was very reasonable and Matt did a great job. Had the glass on my oven break - otherwise still functional. Called a few places for repair who said they wouldn’t fix it because the part was out of production. Called Sarah’s and they helped me identify the part number, where to find used ones online, and once I got it in the mail they had someone out the same day I called to do the repair. Reasonable price, exceptional customer service, I was genuinely impressed. This is definitely the first place I’m ever going to call for repairs in the future.
I love Sarah’s appliance repair. They are skilled efficient and reliable without charging an arm and a leg. I had service conducted on my dryer and it was so reasonable in cost and done properly the first time. They are also trustworthy and do not try to charge for unnecessary repairs. I highly recommend.
Unbeatable Customer Service! Sienna answered the phone and asked "How can we make you smile today?" I told her that I wanted my "possessed" washing machine repaired. She assured me that the technician would have the knowledge and skill to do the repairs. Mark, showed up and he knew immediately what the issue was. It took him less than 10 minutes to tighten the counter balance bolts and to level the machine. This was our second time using Sarah’s. Our “antique” SubZero fridge was not holding its temperature and Mateo was able to diagnose the problem very quickly. Both technicians we’ve had out were professional as well as polite and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this company!
