Thank you, Sarah's Appliance Repair! Matt came out to the Bachechi Open Space Caretaker Unit to get our washer going again. Matt brought professional, courteous service into our home. I appreciated how he showed me exactly what issues led to a clog in the lines that stressed the machine and kept it from draining. He worked diligently to get lens cloths out of the hose. Daniel came out to look at our dryer and provided such great service. He was incredibly friendly, honest, and helpful throughout the entire visit. It’s hard to find companies these days that truly make you feel taken care of, but this company absolutely does. This is my second time using them, and both experiences have been excellent. The customer service, professionalism, and honesty are why I’ll continue to use and recommend them. Thank you again for the wonderful service!

My bottom compartment freezer was losing temperature. I called Sarah’s Appliance Repair in part because I wanted to support a woman owned business. I looked for reviews and saw high marks from people that had used Sarah’s. Making an appointment was easy. Daniel arrived and quickly assessed the problem and suggested a fix. Matt did an excellent job. Unfortunately he had to wait 40 minutes to get a response from Bosch, but after getting approval from Bosch for proper repair, he had the freezer part of my refrigerator back together and operating in a short time. I had paid for extended warranty with Bosch so I just had to pay what Sarah's service charge would be and then I will be reimbursed when Bosch approves the repair and that it was not my doing. Which it was clearly a problem with Bosch design.

Mark repaired my dishwasher when it wasn't filling w/ water. When my other professional couldn't diagnose the problem, I reached out to Sarah's Appliance Repair due to their stellar reviews. The other reviewers weren't wrong! Mark came out, was personable, professional, & knowledgeable, and had the problem diagnosed & repaired in 10 minutes. I didn't even need any parts. Highly recommend! Thank you, Mark!
