I selected Sarah Ridge as my realtor based solely on her on-line presence and impressive website. I am glad I did. Sarah (assisted by her daughter Ellie) set the schedule to get my house in North Oakland on the market in January 2026 and provided all the vendors I would need to get the house ready including stagers and junk haulers. The sale went off like clockwork with 17 offers and a purchase price which met my highest expectations. I would highly recommend Sarah and Ellie to any sellers of real property in the Bay Area.
