Every one was professional and they took the time to talk to me and explain every thing that was happening. Sarah was very pleasant and I did not feel rushed so she could see the next person.
The check-in process was straightforward, and all the staff members were friendly and welcoming. I was called in for my appointment right on time, which is a refreshing change since I often had to wait well past my scheduled appointment at my previous OBGYN. This punctuality was one of the reasons I requested a referral to a new provider. Everything went smoothly, and I was in and out in no time. Additionally, Mrs. Sarah already had much of my information from my referring physician.
Sarah Sowinski was covering for my doctor, who is on maternity leave. She either didn't take the time to read my chart, or had the wrong patient. I had a total hysterectomy six weeks ago, and told me that my ovaries were not removed. Obviously she wasn't paying attention. And then suggested HRT to a breast cancer patient, which is also in my chart.
