Sarah Sacks and her business, Transformations Recovery at Jupiter Counseling saved me! I found Sarah just as my addiction was in full swing and dominating my life. I was having difficulty managing my life and at a dead end sorta speak. My Parents brought to me see Sarah, and she was felt very authentic and genuine about recovery. Her program helped me with my shame and guilt about my use as well as got me to start loving myself. I now have a stronger relationship with my family. I will soon be celebrating 2 yrs and could not be happier. I am very thankful to Sarah and the team at Transformations. My family and I made the right choice, and I would recommend her to anyone!!
Unfortunately I worked for Sarah and her daughter for 2 months, they didn't pay me correctly? They shorted me on my last check. They refuse to pay me!! I am now another non-payed employee!!!
We did not have a positive experience with Ms. Sacks. Her office staff was very good. They were very helpful and positive. Ms. Sacks though was very harsh and negative. She took a "tough love" approach with my child and our family when that was not appropriate. This made our problems worse. I would be careful if you have a child who is having difficulties. I would not recommend Ms. Sacks.

Sarah is a wonderful therapist and helped me through some difficult times. She gets to the heart of the issues. She is great!
The office staff is very friendly and knowledgable. Sarah helped me through a difficult time and I've come back to her mutliple times on different issues. Her guidence has been great support to me and my family.
