The holistic and integrative approach to my practice incorporates massage therapy, Reiki healing, and life coaching. During a coaching session, I may choose to draw upon many different tools within the same session. Specifically, the marriage of coaching and body-based work is uniquely beneficial. This fully integrative approach works to heal all aspects of the self — physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. My intention is to assist clients in being healthy, happy, and balanced.
