Have had several (3) annuals with Dr. Potash all want exceptionally well. Appreciate the fact that she remembers previous visits and conversations.
My review is based solely on my experience with the front desk while trying to schedule a new patient appointment. I’ve been on the call with one of the staff members for 48 minutes (not joking) trying to schedule an exam. After every question I answered there was either a 2-3 minute pause from her or she put me on hold for 5 minutes. It took her 15 minutes to find my insurance and she never ended up confirming if they accept it or not. Dr. Potash is a wonderful doctor. Caring, pleasant, knowledgeable. Always gives good advice. She answers your questions in a manner that one can understand. She is also generous with her time. She never rushes you or avoids listening to your health problems. Her nurses are great too. They contact you with any problems and always answer your telephone questions in a matter of hours.
Very positive experience. Dr. Potash was very thorough and respectful.
Been searching for a new practice after moving out of NYC. I was highly impressed with Dr Potash. The entire office was welcoming and friendly!
