Even though I had a bad initial experience with the phone receptionist, Dr. Phillips herself was fantastic. I've only gone to see her once so far. But when I did, she had impeccable bedside manner and was very patient and kind. I wasn't treated like a number and she didn't rush me in and rush me out like other doctors in NYC do. I hope that I continue to feel as cared for as I did in this visit going forward. I'm planning on keeping Dr. Phillips as my core gynecologist and primary care doctor. Dr P is the best. She takes the time to listen and hear your concerns and is very knowledgeable, experienced and responsive. She is so kind and caring as well. I have repeatedly recommended her to my best friends, and can confidently recommend Dr Philips to all women.
I always have the best sessions with Kate. She really has a deep understanding of where my heads at and is truly compassionate and very helpful.
