Do yourself a huge good deed and check out Sarah Gion. She has a Therapeutic massage/body work practice and has an office here in Sebastopol. Sarah is amazing. I was lucky to find her. I had limited mobility and pain and was searching for something/someone other than just standard masage. She listens and personalizes your treatment to your pain and goals. She has made a huge difference for me.
I’m always impressed by Sarah’s ability to “read and relieve” my body. I don’t know how she does it, but she has a deep understanding of how energy flows through the body and is able to “connect and correct”. Highly recommended.
Sarah Gion is amazing. Hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. I now see her on a regular basis to keep my muscles and tweaks and creaks in check! .
