I got the Quinn wedding ring and a chain from Sarah O for my wedding, and I could not be happier with how they turned out! The ring and chain are both gorgeous, and delivery was prompt. I would highly recommend Sarah O!
I have never had a more negative experience with a sales associate before. We met with Julissa when we were there and she was undoubtedly the rudest person I’ve ever encountered in a retail store. I entered the store exciting to look at wedding bands with my fiancé, and left the store crying because Julissa was so unpleasant and negative. Her vibes were awful, she was trying to deter us from doing any kind of custom work with them and insulted my fiancé and I. Absolutely appalled at this behavior.
I had the best time with Sarah O, and most importantly with Ashley F. From the moment we stepped foot in the door, Ashley was warm, excited, and made everything we asked about seem easy. She also preemptively gave us information for questions we might have had. I mean, you don't know what you don't know--especially when buying an engagement ring, which you only hope to do once. Alright so I typically don’t write reviews on Google but this was one of the more shocking interactions I’ve experienced at a retail store. My Fiance and I have heard so many wonderful things about Sara O jewelry in the highlands. We are in our early 30s and many friends who’ve gotten married recommended that we check it out for our wedding bands. I would highly advise anyone shopping here for an engagement ring to READ THE ONE STAR REVIEWS. They’re there for a reason. Sarah O. refuses to work with lab diamonds unless it is the center stone which is truly odd. Went in with an heirloom mined diamond to be used as the center in a customized ring to be instantly told they do “not work with lab side stones only center stones”. Was very snobby about the whole thing. Instant pass. Went with Littleton Jewelers instead and had a wonderful experience.
