I was so excited to shop here and buy a tennis bracelet. However, I was quickly told to shop elsewhere. I wasn't given any options like custom ordering. It was my first time at the store. The experience was disappointing. The sales associate was not interested in showing me anything else from the brand. We had such a positive experience at Sarah O, specifically with Jess H! She had so much hype and support and provided the perfect combination of validation and encouragement to trust ourselves. She was also incredibly inclusive (my fiancé and I are queer) and great to communicate with during and after our appointment -- super attentive to detail and personable.
