I had a fantastic experience getting both my engagement ring and wedding band from Sarah O. My fiance, unbeknownst to me, worked with Taylor to specially design my engagement ring based on discussions we had and input from my friends and family. I am absolutely thrilled with the end result! I have been a customer of Sarah O for several years and can’t recommend them enough. Their products are unique, beautiful, and customizable. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Ava who works at the Milk Market location has recently helped me with a gift for my wife and she was exceptionally helpful!
We can't recommend Sarah O. highly enough! We had both of our engagement rings and wedding bands designed and made here and felt like the process was very professional. We loved working with Callie throughout the whole process and had great communication with all of the staff members. After taking many months to reflect on the situation, I still sadly feel it is necessary to write this review for the sake of other customers. In short, they do not stand by their work, and are disconcertingly antagonistic towards their customers as soon as any sort of issue is raised.
