When I walked into the store, I was not greeted or acknowledged at all by either of the two staff members. Our second order with Sarah O and we couldn’t be happier with the customer service and quality. We’re from out of town so we normally fly out, make a purchase, and it’s sent to us in the mail. UPS lost our package and Rachel and the team went above and beyond to make sure we got our new rings before our wedding even when a hiccup occurred that was beyond their control. Thanks so much guys!

I had a fantastic experience getting both my engagement ring and wedding band from Sarah O. My fiance, unbeknownst to me, worked with Taylor to specially design my engagement ring based on discussions we had and input from my friends and family. I am absolutely thrilled with the end result!
