Staff is rude and unprofessional. Please save yourselves a headache and stay away from this place, I should have listened to the previous bad reviews. If I could give it zero stars I would. I was denied service without the doctor performing any test on me and just told me she couldn’t see extremely unprofessional. I work in the Healthcare field and it’s a shame to see the service this clinic is providing. Definitely a no for Sarah N Noppen,DO.
This MD was rude and condescending as soon as she entered the room. I needed estrogen patches for severe hot flashes and I was already using the patches because I had a complete hysterectomy with no risk factors. I showed her the patches with the prescription written on them. She then proceeded to lecture me about estrogen. She then told me she would order the same patches. When I looked at the prescription I noticed it was for once a week and not twice a week as ordered on the prescription. I asked her to change it and she ... read more
