Im one to leave good reviews but I felt that its not right how this women is treating her patients. I've seen her as a patient and seen her interactions with other patients. Shes always rushed and dismissive. Asking her a question is an inconvenience even for basic information that should of been provided without a prompt. She doesn't even explain why shes doing what shes doing. I called there office as my regular Dr advised me after leaving the hospital and schedule an appt for two days after the emergency visit and when I called they told me they couldn’t do nothing for me and to keep the appt I already had which was a whole month apart was dealing with pain and lots of other things and needed and wanted advise from my new obgyn horrible that they couldn’t help. I’m sorry to leave a bad review, but I’m already exhausted. The medical assistant, Alexies M., at Dr. Noppen’s office is very rude. I gave birth to a premature baby one week ago (35 weeks gestation), and they have only given me excuses over and over again about processing my disability/PDL through the State of California. During my pregnancy, I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes. I asked the doctor for a letter so I could properly manage my check-ups and diet, since I was working at a fast-food restaurant. Saw 3 Dr.’s after many changes. First off… Dr. Dolinor was amazing, professional, friendly, & attentive. Made me feel comfortable. Dr. Noppen was professional, but always seemed in a hurry. She did everything fast & didn’t ask if I had questions. I had to stop her on her way almost out the door to ask her questions. Dr. Moneke seemed serious.
