I was very disappointed with my experience during my recent visit. While I had hoped for a professional and respectful consultation, I found the doctor's manner to be unexpectedly rude and dismissive. I did not feel heard or respected during the appointment. Everyone deserves to be treated with basic courtesy, especially in a healthcare setting where trust and communication are essential. I have already emailed the practice manager so there is no need to respond.
Would rather not get into details but very disappointed. She was extremely dismissive and acted like I was wasting her time. Also made contradictory statements, among other unprofessional comments. I’ve never experienced such an attitude coming from a doctor. Will not be going back to her or any Trinity doctor in the future. I don’t like leaving reviews but her treatment was shockingly unprofessional.
This is the worst care o have ever received!! This organization doesn’t take care of their patients needs. They canceled 2 of my appointment and now refuse to give me my medication. Unbelievable that they give excuses and pass you off to a voicemail and never hear from them
Dr. Morrissey is GREAT, personable and warm.She puts me at ease.
