Without a doubt, my best experience.
Dr Mirocha has been treating me for several years. She and her staff are the epidome of excellent medical service.
I am highly disappointed and angry with the way things are handled. Not even being given the time of day. Just look at my lab test and brush me off. Does not even take the time to look at my prior medical records which I have sent to both my primary doctor and this office. If they took into account my medical history they would have a better understanding of my medical needs. However it appears as if they do not wish to take on a new patient and that is fine but make some effort to explain that to me aside saying I am normal... read more
She is very personable, and knowledgeable about her field.
First two visits were a great experience. After, a complete different story. Staff seems to be unorganized, no knowledge, and just plain clueless at times. I'm looking for care, not constant run around. I feel like I'm just another patient among too many. Will be moving on, perhaps back to Aurora. Edit... After another attempt, things seem better. If attempts were made, thank you.
