Sarah did an excellent job guiding my mother through the sale of her home. Throughout the transaction she remained professional, responsive, and committed to getting us to the closing table. Like any real estate transaction, there were challenges along the way, including inspection items, repair negotiations, FHA requirements, appraisal concerns, and coordinating multiple parties. I would not recommend working with this realtor.. Communication has been extremely poor—I’ve gone weeks without a response, and calls/messages have not been returned. There seems to be a lack of urgency and motivation in helping us find what we’re looking for, which has made the process frustrating and disappointing. When you’re making such an important decision, you need someone who is responsive, attentive, and willing to put in the effort. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience here.
