I was in a lot of pain and also lost in the parking lot when I arrived for my first appointment with Sarah. When I'm in pain, I can't think clearly. Sarah waited for me at the door while I found her building. Sarah has a very calming presence, while I was over the top. This is a long overdue but much-deserved 5-star review for Sarah Mattingley! Last spring, I sought out Sarah's services for help with extreme leg stiffness and knee pain (I was in the process of recovering from a knee injury, and I suspect that my super stiff muscles contributed to that knee injury). Sarah gives one of the BEST massages I’ve ever had! I especially love the techniques she uses on neck and shoulders. She’s wonderful!

Sarah is great and so knowledgeable. I rock climb and train regularly, so my body is always a mess. She helped me with a wrist issue that had been causing me so much pain, and she really worked out my back. I cant recommend her enough!
