I make it part of my retain for going to bed. That way I don't for get to do it.I also use a moisture lotion on my legs after every shower.
I was very happy with my visits with Dr. Wartman. Her and her staff were very efficient and didn’t keep me waiting.
Had to wait a while, but worth it ~ knowledgeable, open to discussion, explains topics well.
Excellent doctor! Listens to your concerns and has the experience and skills to introduce multiple options to resolve issues. She also works well collaborating with other doctors to resolve your issues. I would definitely recommend her and her team for any issues you may have that align with her skill set and expertise.
