Dr. Buchanan’s office did not impress us in the slightest. With our first appointment we waited over an hour and half to be even called back from the waiting room. She was very unprofessional when giving my very first ultrasound. Very cold, unwelcoming and made us feel like an inconvenience. This being our first pregnancy she did not make it exciting whatsoever. For my second appointment she maybe said a total of 10 words to us. I was in lots of pain and been to several ERs with no relief. After the lake ozark ER Lied about making me an apt with dr Buchanan, her staff got me an appointment asap. Within 5 minutes of seeing her, she determined what was causing the pain and gave me 2 options for treatment. (Something none of the 3 ers I had been to could provide). That afternoon (less than 2 hours later) she had me in the OR, with the kindest of staff I've ever dealt with.
