Very pleased and worth the wait to be on the schedule
I'm not from Sturgis, but ended up having to go into their ER. I honestly cringed when I saw they were part of Monument due to my beyond awful experiences with Monument ER in Rapid City. Thankfully, the Sturgis ER staff are nothing like the ER staff in Rapid. They were so kind, very efficient and completely competent in all areas of treatment and with all tasks involved in Patient care. I'm so impressed with this hospital and it's staff, I was so very thankful for their help!
I went in for a physical and to update my tetanus. She listens carefully and is very informational without being judgmental. First tetanus shot in my life that I barely felt. Her staff is very caring as well. Short wait and timely visit.
