The first visit I had was great. Last year she never did a "physical". ...listen to my heart, abdomen check etc. I regret not saying something right away. But my notes in my Patient Portal said she did. When I questioned why the notes have "results/findings" when she clearly did not perform them. She denied it. Said she did & what is in my chart is an AI version of her notes.
I'm sure she's great, but she should not advertise as accepting new patients. I made an appointment in August of 2025 for Jan 2026. When I had to move my appt, calling 15 days before my appointment, they said the next available appointment was Jan 6th of 2027. That is not "accepting new patients".
Made an appointment with her for a yearly exam. I was not examined fully as my doctors in the past had done. My thyroid was not checked my abdomen was not checked my ears were not checked. She barely touched the stethoscope to my heart and did not check my valves. It's very disturbing that none of that was checked in an annual exam but she was paid for it. My health is so important to me and I trusted that she was going to make sure that everything was checked. I will make sure that I see a medical doctor going forward that ... read more
