I was quite nervous about my first time trying acupuncture but she made it such a relaxing and calming experience. Sarah actually listens to what you are saying and works with you, instead of being dismissive. I’ve had chronic pain for a while now and she took the time to sit with me and try and get to the root of my problems not just treating the symptoms. A very genuinely kind soul who I highly recommend.

I had my first acupuncture session and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Sarah was kind, patient, and took the time to explain the process and purpose behind everything she was doing. She is a gentle and intuitive healer. I left the session feeling deeply relaxed, with noticeable relief from sinus congestion that had been lingering for weeks —and surprisingly, an unexpected sense of warmth and vitality that stayed with me for a week. I'm grateful for her and have another session scheduled.

Sarah is a brilliant practitioner. She has taken all her knowledge and has synthesized it and applies it to her treatments in a very unique and thoughtful way. Her treatments have also always taken me to another realm, it’s heaven. Highly recommend, and as a body worker myself I am extremely cautious on who I trust my body too.
