Sarah’s Self Esteem Girl’s Group was a wonderful addition to my daughter’s summer break. The hands-on crafting activity, the discussions on self esteem/self awareness, coping skills, and building friendships, and the fun snack that Sarah went out of her way to ensure fit my daughter’s dietary needs, all made for an inviting and memorable experience that had my daughter hoping there were more sessions she could attend!
Sarah is such an intelligent and thoughtful thinker and really helped me in so many ways. She is so supportive and understanding, couldn’t recommend her as a therapist to young women or all women in general enough!
Sarah is such a deep and thoughtful thinker! Whenever I talk with her she immediately zooms into the heart of my issue and with a few words, she sums it up and has me going deeper. I highly recommend Sarah Sanders for therapy services. We went through our Masters Program together many moons ago, and throughout our program she was always so determined to learn as much as she possibly could about therapy to ensure she would do the best job for her future clients.
