I have been going to Doctor Kent for several years. I have multiple serious chronic conditions and she is definitely on top of them. She works with all of my specialists as the quarterback of my medical team. Her staff is so friendly and I just love them all. It's easy getting appointments and she responds to portal questions immediately. If you need a primary care physician I highly recommend her.
Great doctors
Difficult to even schedule an appointment. The person that answered the phone was requesting new patient paperwork, uploaded in a PDF form, a copy of my DL’s and insurance card before she could even schedule an appointment. That doesn’t sit well with me, having my personal information and I haven’t visited this office.? Receptionist need to provide better customer service if this office will like to attract new patients. I will not make this my new primary physician.
