I recently moved to Ocala. I was referred to Dr. Kennedy as I needed an eye specialist for a routine evaluation. Dr. Kennedy was personable, professional and efficient. I would highly recommend her without reservation.
Terrible experience. They sent there lab the wrong prescription for my glasses so when they called me to pick them up I went in and tried them on everything was blurry and fuzzy. The woman was extremely rude and out of line to me and she refused to gimme the person who sent in the wrong prescription name. I wanted to know who made the mistake. My right as a patient. In any event they were all out of line. I am making a complaint to the state board about them and it’s going on 3 weeks and I still don’t have my glasses. My vis... read more
Moved here from Maine and needed a new optometrist. I certainly hit the jackpot with Dr. Kennedy! By far the BEST optometrist I have ever had! She is caring, kind, knowledgeable, and very personable! I highly recommend her to anyone needing optometry services!
