1st time with dr Kaplan went very well good
Dr. Kaplan and her office staff are very pleasant. Dr. Kaplan earned my trust long ago. She communicates well. She includes me in decisions about my care and listens attentively to me. I never feel rushed, though I know she's very busy. When I had a recent health concern, she went above and beyond to get me the proper diagnosis and care, which I truly appreciate. Dr. Kaplan's medical assistant Jenny is very professional and kind.
