I have just had a second gum graft and the care and treatment has been top notch. I opted to have it under complete sedation both times which was done at the Driftwood Dental Location where they are equipped with the extra personnel that entails. The use of the mouth guard to protect the roof of my mouth where the graft tissue was taken made the healing process very comfortable and pain free. I highly recommend Dr Johnston who is very professional and her assistants are fantastic.
Excellent work done by hygienist. Overall good experience. That being said, this office needs to upgrade and become more modern. They need to do direct billing to insurance company in all aspects because it takes along time to recoup your money by sending in forms As well, maybe a tap function on machine would be a bonus too. Staff is fine at front desk but not necessarily the most enthusiastic or friendly when dealing with you. As was send though, the dental work was good.
Rude, unprofessional staff - dismissive of client's concerns - interested only in getting a waiver signed and extracting as much money as possible - any other clinic would be a better choice
I have twice had deep gum cleaning, with follow up of semi-annual cleaning. I have also had grafting from roof of mouth to gums. Every time I have come in for any form of treatment, I have been treated well and with great empathy, as I am not comfortable with dental procedures. I would highly recommend.
This office is super clean and has great communication between the patient and the office staff leading up to the appointment. Everyone did an excellent job and took the time to explain my treatment plan. I gave them 4 stars for two reasons, both have to do with their lack of technology in the office. 1: They don't submit your insurance claims to your insurance company.
