She takes time to ask thorough questions to ascertain exactly what her client wants, then delivers with a full explanation of the whys and hows of the steps she takes to provide first-rate service. You can tell she really cares about her clients. No questions left unanswered and wonderful results!
One star is being generous. Contacted her after seeing an ad, she promptly replied, asking some clarifying questions about my hair and what I was looking to do… I shared with her my situation and the toning/color issues I was dealing with as a blonde and Very transparent plus provided photos. She replied she Could definitely fix my hair, and Explain to me that all services with her were half off thru end of month. A quote was given to me of 150 for cut and color and scheduled. I was so happy with my experience here! Sarah is so knowledgeable and skilled, I am SO impressed with the results and am super thrilled with my hair 🤍 She was thorough and efficient which made for such a pleasant visit. I’ll definitely be back!
I have had nothing but good experiences with Sarah. She always gives me what I ask for and more. Sarah is personable and genuinely cares about her clients. Not to disregard people’s experiences but I disagree with a lot of the more “negative” reviews on here. She truly is a professional. Coming from someone who has bounced to every high end salon. This one by far surpasses those. I recommend giving her a try.
