Dr Ferrero is exceptional- always. She is always patient and always listens. I feel seen and heard, every single visit. I have never felt like hurried by her. She has always responded quickly and within a reasonable amount of time when I have messaged her with a question. She’s a gem. I would really recommend her MA, Sarah as well.
