Sarah has helped me with so many issues over the years - thyroid health, gut health, nervous system reset and menopause relief. She is an intuitive practitioner who genuinely cares about helping you. A lovely person, inside and out.
Sarah has a very unique and intuitive way of working with the body. I’ve absolutely loved working with her over the past year and reaching my health / lifestyle goals through both kinesiology and naturopathy.
It’s hard to explain how incredible sarah is at her job, you must book in a session too understand! The full treatment is authentic, healing, nurturing and very helpful for growth, guidance and dietary assistance. I’ve been seeing sarah for over 3 years now and I just absolutely love my monthly session with her! Couldn’t recommend anymore! 10/10 x
