Sarah Keith has been extremely detailed and knowledgeable in my overall health needs. She is very responsive as soon as results are back and refers me out as needed. The referrals were scheduled without delay. I am extremely satisfied with my care with her
I would not recommend this office, there is no communication, I’ve sent multiple messages on the MyMercy app, after my messages were “read”, still no response after days and days of waiting. This nurse obviously does not care and has no time for her patients . I would not waste your time. Just move on and find another doctor or practitioner. If I could give a half a star I would.

I was prescribed a new medication, told to try it for 2 weeks and call with an update. I called 1 week ago with an update and 2 additional times since because I am having side effects, still no return call. I left a message every time with either front desk staff or a nurse. I DO NOT recommended this office.
