I had a very disappointing experience at this office. I arrived on time for my appointment, yet ended up waiting over 3 hours without being seen. Every time I asked the nurse for an update, she just said, “I don’t know, maybe 20 or 30 more minutes,” with no real explanation for such a long delay. It is very poor service. The staff has a lack of accountability and it is very hard to get in touch with the doctors. They never reply to patient concerns via the online portal. If you call for scheduling appointments, it may take up to 45 min before you are actually able to get to a front desk person to get your self scheduled. If you have questions, concerns about a health situation or even a refill, be prepared to keep calling multiple times.
